Hi!

I’m Hugo Sequeira, a 2D illustrator and artist based in Porto, Portugal. My work is driven by a clean, elegant and design focused visual style, composition and storytelling. I’ve worked across narrative animation, commercial projects, illustration and visual development with studios like COLA, Wonderlust, UNIT9 and Antimatter, including the Oscar nominated Ice Merchants.

I’m passionate about sci-fi, animated films and visual storytelling, and I’m always looking to bring a distinctive visual language to the projects I work on, whether it’s a narrative film, a brand project or a commercial one.
